Sophie has been busy! Scamming a whole new set of people. Seems to be her lifelong thing, from scamming people out of their business ideas - AutoRehab which was never her idea at all. Stolen from the original creator! So many stories about Sophie all over Facebook and the internet.
Fred Davis, Jim Babour, Alshareif Zeyadah Ahmed Zeyadah, Gohar Sindhu, John Silver and the Lindbloom's the list goes on from one devastating con to the next.

RE: DEFAMATION
It has come to our attention that Sophie Zammit - Zorba Productions made
derogatory publications/comments regarding both Matthew Virgin and
Karen Stevens and the Taylor Paige Foundation.

defamation of her character to above-mentioned petition creators.
Collusion with third parties associated with the above-mentioned petition.
Personal Contact:
Harassing text messages sent personally to Karen Stevens.
These statements are false and are a serious defamation of us, causing us both serious
personal injury. They are in contravention of defamation legislation in every state and
territory in Australia and the common law in Australia.
We demand that you cease and desist from this activity within 7 days from your
receipt of this letter.
We require you to:
1. Cease and desist any further publication of false and malicious statements.
2. Undertake in writing to desist from making any such further publications.
3. Identify to us the people whom you have made the publications to.
4. Publish a suitable retraction and apology in appropriate form, publicly, and to
the persons published to, and provide a copy of that retraction and apology to
us.
5. Within 7 days of the date of this notice remove all derogatory and defamatory
comments, reports and statements published.
If action is not taken by you to cease and desist and remove this content within the given time frame, we will
take legal action to protect our rights including, without limitation, legal action for injunctive relief or to
recover damages without further notice to you.

Firstly the website was offered at NO CHARGE. See details in messages with Sophie Zammit Castan from Zorba Productions.
And secondly funding was never promised and was on the provision that we were funded. This funding did not come through so therefore projects remained on hold.
Zorba Productions were no longer a project of the Taylor Paige Foundation as they went ahead and moved forward with apparent funding and rights in Nigeria. See second screenshot.
Bullying tactics were not used by any member of the Taylor Paige Foundation, but were certainly used by the owners of Zorba Productions. False promises made to business colleagues and former partner of their company.
All documented and safely stored.
Furthermore no invoices were ever received from Zorba Productions as there was never a charge for this website and all hosting, domain and intellectual property is owned by The Taylor Paige Foundation.
I would strongly suggest the author of this report remove her report immediately as to protect Zorba Productions and it's owner from legal intervention.
