Zorbees Nationwide
We ordered zorbees from a tv commericial. We received them in a timely manner, but they continue to send us 3 zorbees a month and charge our credit card $6.98 each month. We paid the $6.98 for about 6 months and requested that zorbees discontinue sending the product. We were told that our order had been cancelled. the next month we received 3 more zorbees and another charge on our credit card of $6.98. This time we contacted our credit card company and was informed that the shipper (Zorbees) would need to notify them. Again we called zorbees and was informed that we no longer wished to receive these items and again was told our order was cancelled. Again, we received 3 cloths in the mail and a charge of $6.98 to our credit card. When we called the credit card company, we were told that Zorbees would need to cancell the charges. We informed the card company that we had cancelled the order and please do not pay any more charges to this company (this is the only thing charged to this card). Once, again we received 3 cloths, and again we called zorbees and the credit card company and told them to cancel. Finally, we called the credit card company and told them to cancell our card completely, and was informed that they could not do that as there is a charge pending. We refused to pay it and they threatened to turn us in to the credit bureau for $6.98. When you call zorbees you are told your order is cancelled, but they do not take the information to cancell. I was told one time that my order was cancelled after the operator had only taken my zip code.
