Zoysia Farms Nurseries Ships Dead Grass Taneytown Maryland
Do not buy grass plugs from Zoysia Farms Nursuries, they shipped me brown sod/grass that was dead. When I called them to ask for advice they told me to "water it gently and wait a while longer and the sod will grow." It didn't. It just got "deader"! I emailed them to ask for a refund and got an email back with a woman named Sue on it... saying they would not give me a refund only a REPLACEMENT!?? YIKES..Not again!
I called to speak with Sue, and was told, "Oh, Sue is not here today, people are just responding from her website with her name on it!!" When I asked for a refund the nasty woman on the phone told me "NO MAM! We only guarantee to REPLACE any plug that does not grow within 45 days."
When I placed the original order, they got me to buy special fertilizer to put on it too. Don't be fooled! When all of the plugs die, it is crappy quality... I do not want to have dead grass replaced with dead grass again! Don't buy grass from Zoysia Farms Nursuries.
