ZUMMANITY INC SCAMMED USING USHIP.COM WOODRIDGE Illinois
On 15th November,2007 my listing on WWW.USHIP.COM for the shipment (under the name BRIDGEMONS1205) of a catapiller D8K Bulldozer from Pleasantville,Iowa to Baltimore,Maryland,was awarded to ZUMMANITY INC at the total amount of $5950,and all necessary paper work was put in place through USHIP,Uship secured a deposit of $222.05 for Zummanity inc and the name/address/phone of the contact person ,Vytautus was released to me.I immediately contacted him and we agreed to make a further payment of $2865 and balance would be paid at point of delivery in Baltimore.This amount was paid into Zummanity account at BANK OF AMERICA.At this time my calls were picked and answered anytime i called.Immediately i effected this payments,Vytautus immediately stopped taking my calls,instead after days of frustrating attempts to contact him,he would send emails making promises of plans of pick ups that were never effected.
After almost one month of waiting for him,i decided to contact uship and called off this contract.Both Zummanity and Uship were notified and uship immediately responded that they could only refund the $222.05 deposit(apparently still in their custody,which they did after 7 days),that it is not their business to collect refund of the $2865.Zummanity/Vytautus remained in communicado
I have called him times without number,he refused to take my calls,i have sent mails to him,he refused to reply me,
Till today,22nd december 2007,i am yet to hear from him ,ZUMMANITY/VYTAUTUS nor get my refund of $2865.Pls help.

With this new profile (of which is very common on UShip to help disguise all the ripoff artists) you commence to rip people off to the tune of 10's of 1000's of dollars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just in this 1 shipment, it's claimed that you ripped someone off for $20,000!!!!!

Stay away Far away from this CHEATER. i have been ripped off for 20,000 Dollars the guy is a professional cheater NO OFFICE/NO TRACE its a shame uship allowed this to happen with many customers. Can uship at least provide us some line of action |
