I've been a customer of ZWallet.com for several months. This company is paid-for-email company and is obligated to pay for the e-mails read and sent by its customers.

My experience dealing with this company is very bad.

1) It's impossible to find out how much money has been earned.

The company NEVER includes earnings for the last two months in the Account Info.

It's also impossible to find any accounting explanation for the previous months. There exists the button "Explanation". Try to click on it. You will find whatever but the explanation.

2) The company DOES NOT pay. Here is the fact.

ZWallet advertised the American Express Blue credit card and promised the $12 promotional reward to be paid by ZWallet.

I received the card in April 2001 but have never been paid for it. I have not ever been paid for the e-mails either.

3) All technical features work badly. The information loads so slowly - impossible to wait. The Filters do not work at all.

4)It's impossible to get any support. I sent many messages to

[email protected] regarding the Filters and never got any response.

5) The last fact. For about 3 weeks I can't reach my e-mail account. The on-screen message reports "Internal Server Error".

I send messages to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] almost every day. I never received any response, and I can't log into my account.
