Zynga Games Zynga Poker Stolen or Missing Chips and Zynga cannot validate claims or help in any way Internet
I play zynga poker games all the time. In this game you buy chips and then use those chips in texas holdem games. You carry a chip 'account' balance. The other day my account balance was wiped clean and I didn't even play the game. I had $46,000,000 chips one minute and $1 the next minute.
I thought for sure Zynga could validate the robbery or software error. Zynga has very limited customer support, so I had to email them. They told me they could not validate my claim and could not restore my chips. I responded with more information, pleading for resolution. Again, after an even more thorough review they were unable to validate my claims. I just responded for a third time and am waiting the response.
It looks like they are not able to validate my claim of losing my chips, even though I know I did not play the game and lose my chips in game play. I know this for a fact, and they are not able to validate this. They should be able to track this and/or protect my account better. This is basically an account balance and it would cost me money to get back to that chip level. I feel robbed and violated. I have never been so upset with a product or company.
