John C. Wheeler Jack Wheeler I purchased 3 Platinum TV boxes on October 25, 2017. I could not get them to work, and contacted the company for help. I could not get anyone to help me. After numerous requests for help went unanswered, I finally gave up and returned the 3 boxes on Nov. 13, 2017. I have been contacting them regularly ever since I didn't see my refund show up.
