Prime Mutual, EDP Technologies ripoff Valley Village California
Prime Mutual offered what I thought was a company credit card, in other words one of those cards you use at their store only.There was no mention of this being a pre-paid card in their ad., and it has been changed to say that it is a pre-paid card since I first saw the ad.
