i signed up for a free sample, they said you have 30 days to cancel any further orders, in less then 15 days they charged my bank account, 89.95 and 94.15 plus 5.99 for shipping, i spoke to a representative from the company and they refuse to refund my money.

As above. The company attached the order to an Amazon gift order and evidently used the credit card and contact information held by Amazon to complete the order and the get the payment.
Clearly Amazon is partly to blame, but the company itself knows they are dong something wro...
