Wheeler Construction - Roy Lebeau - Darryl Adams - Wheeler Construction I was cheated by Roy Lebeau & Darryl Adams. The men lied about to be licenced contractors! New Orleans Louisiana
On September 21, 2007 I gave Roy Lebeau & Daryl Adams of Wheeler Constructions 7,000.00 of their first 1/3 to start my home and was told that the money would be used to repair my roof and floors.
THE ROOF WAS NOT PROPERLY RE-DECKED. THEY PLACED NEW PLYWOOD OVER THE DAMAGED PLYWOO...
