Complete and total ripoff.
- Ordered floral supplies on December 3rd, paying $30 for overnight delivery.
- Received an email on December 9th that her laptop was broken, was just fixed, and order would ship shortly.
- Crickets...
- Received an email on January 9th that the shipment...
