It amazes me how gross and incompetent people are when running an online business, they are not dealing with customers face to face, but over the phone and via email, and sometimes not even that, and still can't run a business right. Many owners prefer to hide behind the computer because their ego is too important to communicate with customers. After viewing the Facebook page of Alex Roman and his staff that work at this company. It annoys me how STUPID these people are that they couldn't ship out my order but sat on it for 5 days. I made a purchase with UNLINE the same day before Plant Guru and I received my purchase in two days that company has thousands of customers worldwide and this company is small potatoes compared to Uline and they couldn't send out my incense I purchased a 35-dollar order after 4 days I questioned where it was, and received emails of "we will send you a tracking number as soon as we ship it out". How STUPID all that time it still had not been shipped out?
By the 5th day, I was beyond annoyed and told the person I needed the product can you please send out the order what is going on? Why hasn't it been shipped out? No answer to my question. Plant Guru already has a poor reputation for STUPIDTY AND GROSS negligence with customer service from what I discovered. This is my 2nd order with them and I never got it. What I did receive was another email from a STUPID person asking me from their cell phone as they admitted to me, "Do you want me to send your package out today"? No IDITIOT why don't you continue to sit on it and wait until next year?
At this point, I screamed at them and I don't care what a STUPID QUESTION is everyone at Plant Guru on drugs?
Oh but now that person is butt hurt because they don't like me yelling at them via email. I do care, I don't appreciate poor customer service and a company that has over 20 employees so dump they can't ship us a simple 35-dollar order! DONT BOTHER! I won't ever again! ALEX ROMAN YOUR AN IDIOT! AND SO IS YOUR STAFF!!!
