Cashback International, LLC Offered $5,500 rebate for $6,500 hearing aids--after 39 months Dover Delaware
December 30, 2003 Liberty Hearing Center sold Clayton Peck a $6,500 pair of hearing aids with the understanding that a rebate of $5,500 would be paid in 39 months from Rebate Voucher date.
They dated the voucher June 17,2004.
September 17, 2007 all of the necessary paperwork ...
