Carolina Community Actions Carolina Community Actions is suppose to help people but they are liars they ask for everybody information and when they get it they don't help they think of some other information for someon to bring like they want people to bring in money in order for their bill to get paid and the people are asking them for money when they don't have it to pay their bills.
