This USED to be a good company. Not any more. I just received $129.00 (inc shipping) in incense from them on May 22 ----6 weeks after I paid for them---they will not burn but about 1-3 if your lucky-and smell horrible---I saw one other complaint recently describing the smell as burn...

These people suck. I have called them several times & only once did I ever get a person. They acted like I was wasting their time & acted snobby as if it was my fault they put out shitty products.
