Northshore University Lab Northshore University Health Systems I received a bill for $600 for simple blood tests and they are not covered by a major insurance and have had many issues with billing and submitting claims Vernon Hills, Illinois
I have had numerous problems with them submitting claims to my insurance for payment. Still I owe $600 for routine blood work.
