NYBulldogs/ Puppy Elite/ Victor Roytman Sold French Bulldog to me and will not provide Akc papers Brooklyn New York
I purchased a french bulldog from NYBulldogs in october of 2007 and they sold and advertised her as AKC registered and champion sired but still are trying to get the correct papers .They do not reply to e-mails or phone calls and they use different names if you do get ahold of them....
