Pell Technology, Inc. Received a USED worn out keyboard. Advertised as new Tampa Florida
Bought what was advertised as a NEW Laptop Keyboard.
Received a severely worn out and well USED part.
I was assured I would receive a full refund if I returned it. (No apology)
I returned it (at my expence) following all thier procedures and it has been over 5 weeks! NO refu...
