Cooperative Appraisal I got a home appraisal through quicken loans which was Cooperative Appraisal. They sent Lynette Richter to appraise. There were many inaccuracies and her square footage was off by 590 square feet. We got a very low appraisal and were not able to refinance our home. When we contacted the company, they did not come out to remeasure, or fix the inaccuraciess. After 3 weeks I contacted Wisc. License Madison Wisconsin
