National Lotto Co-operation Sweepstakes Lottery: Highland Health Care check is a fraud Calgary Highland Park Illinois
I also recieved the same letter containg a check for 4995.99 and asking that i cash it and send back 2995.99. Upon investaging it is a fraud, for one thing along the bottom the check number was 1st instead of the routing number. If you cash it you will be responsible for the 2995....
