United Health United Healthcare care I enrolled in uh dual advantage insurance program In their 2022 quick start guide it plainly state $0 copay and $400 allowance toward eyewear every year. Beware, as this precious metal dealer sends only partial orders and then acts like there is a lot of confusion.

Nebraska Furniture Mart - Dallas NFM 's installers took things that I got charged for, and did not turn them in for credit. Did work I did not authorize, and they are making me pay for it. The Colony TEXAS
