The patio could not be expanded to agreed terms in contract..too close to property line.. Cost remain the same. Leonard did not want to put in real wood ceiling so the additional amount of of $792 was subtracted from the total cost. A very likeable person who knows little to nothing about construction. Mr. Vaughn has reviewed the issues. He immediately as began to scheduled repairs of mistakes made by his workers. I will give another update when finished. Bev P.
