Alldayfound Not sure but the package states li shuichen Shoe purchase
I purchased a pair of Adidas shoes for $127.00. They sent me a pair that i did not order and then charged my account for 145.00 even though the invoice on their website states the correct amount and shoes to be sent.
Then a few days later I put their address back into the browser to check on my account with them and my security poppedup and read that this site is not safe to visit!
I have emailed the company and requested my money back but to this point there has been no resolution.
I've contacted my card holder and they are working on it.
For some reason I just don't think they are who the say they are because on the website it shows all several shoes of high quality Adidas but it states it is a UK company from London but yet I receive the product from China.
There is no contact number only an email. A number only shows up on the package they send the wrong product in. In addition, when I checked the website weeks ago now where does it show an invoice that is completely completed. All it says is pending but yet they stated everything has gone through. Again, I was charged more and wrong product sent without an invoice.

I have been going back and fourth with these people since December 21, 2019. At first they stated they would return partial amount of the shoes that I did not order. Not only did they send me the wrong item but they charged me more money and REFUSE to send a postage paid return receipt so that can send them back.
So NOW they want me to spend $80.00 to ship it back when they made the error. Nothing on that website states that there will be additional fees charged. So they charged my account without authorization more than the original invoice for the shoes I actually ordered. So in essence, they sent the wrong shoes, charged more money and then had the nerve to say after that fact, that the shoe I wanted was no longer available.
They knew that way before they debited my account but stole my money anyway. Just recieve an email from them today 1/22/20 stating that they will be out of the office until until February 3rd, 2020. On top of that, when I wrote them about additional fees being charged was not indicated on there website or my original invoice, they wrote back and then stated that additional charges maybe charged.
My purchase was made on December 12, 2019 and NOW they talk about surcharges after I brought to their attention today. In final, I'm being FORCED to keep a pair of shoes that I did not order or do I like or want. The shoe I wanted I had to order from a different company all together and I received it with no issues.

These people literally stole money out of my account. They sent a different shoe which is a very CHEAP replication of an Adidas shoe that I did not even order. On top of that the shoe they sent was more money than the one that I initially ordered.
Then they have the nerve to ask me to send it back on my dime. I have asked them to send me a pre-paid shimpent lable and they will not do that. Then I asked them to credit my account back the shipping fee and I will send the wrong cheap shoes back to them.
After all it's their ERROR. I have yet to receive anything back even though they sent the wrong shoe, a cheaply made shoe and they charged me more out of my account without my authorization. DON'T use this company!!!!!
