I was unable to qualify for refinancing, after having my loan in forbearance and therefore it was foreclosed on. The company Ante Opportunity bought it in a sheriffs sale and I was given a week to move. My roommate/fiancé had just been released from the hospital and was unable to bear weight on her leg (shattered tib/fib). I tried to get everting packed in time but was unsecessful.
On eviction day, Ante Property worked past midnight removing my property, even removing some the next day. But the did not move all of it out. The kept several items claiming they were allowed to keep them. They kept a brand new refrigerator, and front loading washer and dryer. They also kept my 70" tv, 50" tv and overhead projector and 10' screen. There were several other items that never made it out of the house. Other items include purses, tools, hot tub, Harley Davison Parts, electronic dart board, camping equipment, etc.
I begged them to return my stuff and they said they did not have to return them., stating they were appliances. Not sure how these items are considered appliances.

Wanted to add that in addition to the listed items taken, they also withheld kitchen knives, pots and pans, oven, reloading equipment, as well as several other personal items. It is taking sometime to to sort the possessions, for they bagged up garbage with my possessions.
