Audix Hearing Xoom Hearing Took my order, never delivered Scottsdale Arizona
I ordered hearing aids on Jan. 14th, 2020. I could find no negative reports on them so I gave them my credit card number to order.
They gave several reasons for delays, but in the end quit answering my e-mails (in April) and I did not get a refund or the product.
The name on the e-mails was "Amber, customer service" at Audix and "Amber, customer service manager" at Xoom Hearing.

I spoke to a person today. He said he would put my order in front and it should go out in a week. I will update with future activity. He said they had a lot of trouble in January. I want to be fair, if in fact I get my order.
