Purchased New 2019 Kia Sedona 1/11/2019.  Painted started peeling  on many areas all over vehichle.  It was less than 90 days since purchase.   Reported it to service and   service said Kia denied warranty claim.  Took it to Jamie Auffenberg ( President)  he examined it April 22, 2019 said he would conract me the fiollowing week- never did.  Called  & left message for return call from Mr Auffenberg- didn't happen.

Sent certified letter which was received and signed for 6/21/2019 as to the remedy for the above matter- no response.

 These SLIMEBALLS play the BOGUS FEE con-game. They freely admit to this on their website when they tell you they are going to charge you a BOGUS FEE for doing paperwork! Since this is the integrity and honesty levels of this dealership trash, how can you believe ANYTHING they say?

Contact the zone office today and find out from them about warranty coverage. Since the dealership is already LYING to you with the use of their BOGUS FEE, you cannot trust them. Ask the zone office if you can get the work done elsewhere.
