The properties Batumi Paraise advertise they do not even own title for. They are not a real estate developer. They make cabinets but do not build anything!
The properties they advertise are commitments with the real developer. Properties that cost $22,000 they resell for $70,000 with promises of high returns while they fill their pockets with management fees
