Bay Rea Collision, Auto Body & Paint.... 2704 Cromwell Rd, Norfolk, VA 23509. Commissioned John Hendricks (Owener) to install a Spoiler Kit on my Infiniti FX35. He looked over the car and Kit and we agreed upon $700 to install. He mentioned that if there were any 'Modifications' to be made that there will be an additional charge. He contacted me hours later stating that 'Modifications' were needed and additional mounting hardware requited for $300 more!? Upon completion... discovered that there were 'No' Modifications made or additional mounting hardware needed or used! He used the existing hardware from the car and hex screws from a hardware store to install my Kit! Looks Terrible!! When I confronted him about the obvious "Lie' he started rattling on about how much he had to pay his guys and he drilled holes in the Kit to mount which was covered in the original quote! He was very "Unprofessional' and the work was 'Substandard!' SEE Pictures Provided Consumer Warning... Solicit at your own Risk!
