I have not used their services since January 2021, and it is unacceptable that they keep debiting my account and I can't get in touch with anyone to close the account - My oringinal contract was in 2016 and they have had no contact with me since. I sent the equipment back with a letter stating we no longer needed their services. Can't get in touch with my rep that opened the account. I should have realized they were a sacam.
I have recently sent them several emails, my bank has sent them a letter, and I have put a stop payment through my bank. At the moment they have taken $3739 worth of unauthorized debits until I stopped them at the bank level. They tried in January to debit $348 which isn't the amount that they have been debiting. So anyone that used BCKD Processing I would think otherwise and go a different route.
