bobby’s drawings Did a drawing of my father and 2 grandsons from photographs

Placed order on Oct 16 contacted them to cancel on Oct 18th. Was told on messenger that I could cancel my order. A few days later I was contacted with an email saying here is a preview of your drawing whichdid not look like photos. Monster looking hands,faces to fat it was horrible. Contacted numerous times about how bad the drawing was all the while telling me they could not refund my 93.00.
Even supposely redid the drawing and it was still bad. How can it give it as a gift? Then they proceed to tell me that according to them it was a very good artist drawing. Of couse they would so they don't have to refund my money. No one ever should order from this company.
