I placed an order on 1/12/21 for a necklace along with a bracelet. The bracelet arrived but the necklace didn’t.
I let the company know (Ivy) on 2/5 that it didn’t come with the bracelet and would they send it. On 2/18 and they responded with available shipping options and wanted to charge me shipping for their mistake.
On 2/19, I received a response via private message on Facebook. I responded with my issue and never heard back. Today (2/21) I received another email going over shipping options again which tells me they still have not made their mistake right.
I haven't been able to find an address for them on their website or Facebook. Reviews on their website are misleading because an admin has to approve of the review.
