Brian Lonchar had rent to own advertisements on Craigslist he had a lease to own and we made a deposit of $10,000 and signed papers and after 3 payments of $3000 each we got a certified letter that the house was going in foreclosure. We called him numerous times and never heard back from him. We called the bureau of real estate and found out he had lost his license. Long story short! My family was out $20,000 and he is now selling cars at the Mercedes dealership in sacramento. Beware. Google his name and see all the lawsuits against him. He has screwed over many families.

Where in the world do you people come from? Is there some place in the world where the water supply inhibits the growth of financial common sense??? First off Einstein, any rent to own deal is an extremely bad deal for the renter. The exposure to disaster is very one sided. Secondly Einstein, you paid out BIG MONEY to this guy, right? Because of the large amount of money, did you even for one split microsecond think you should have YOUR OWN ATTORNEY review the Terms and Conditions? Apparently not! What do the papers say? You don't have the slightest clue, do you??? Your lack of financial common sense is absolutely hilarious!
