after seeing a facebook ad which advertised celebrities who lost weight using there product but it was false. i contacted them and they agreed to refund my money in 7 to 10 bussiness days after reciving the product back. now my order date 3/26/2024 amount charged to my direct express 199.88. i also paid the return of 15.40 the RMA number of return is3453586421025326199 from the USPS on 4/22/24. that it was recived at there loation. to date i can not get any one on phone or email. this is a complete scam and theft. please help me get my money back i did everything right and still no refund.
