This is the Story - Herb Wallace Fair can be explained as a Thief, Cheater as a Husband, He openly in a group of people showed videos of him cheating on his wife, The videos contained graphic video of him engaging in lustful acts of Adultery. He was bragging about how much his wife sucks and how for 4 years he has been dating this lady he calls number 05/22/2024

Herb openly expressed how he loved to take drugs with the side chick and make up lies to his entire family about where he goes and what he does.
