I ordered 3 insect zappers..a service contract and a set of pepellent stickers. On June 22. My credit card was charged but I received no order confirmation. The only contact they have is a customer support page. Even phone number just refers you to support page.

I contacted them and the first response I got was they can not find my order. I sent proof of the charges on my credit card and received a message back said they were expiditeing my request. Then I got a message back saying they have no record of my order so I provide proof and they send a message back saying they are looking into it.

This is the cycle ever time I write. The responses I get are made to look like individual responses but they all say the same standard thing. Request for refund are ignored. I did get a email saying Pitney Bowes are printing the stickers but no response where the zappers are. Summers winding down and the usefulness of the devices are fading fast.

In addition my charge card receipt she Quality Performence Limited in Clifton NJ. I ordered directly from Buzzbgone Quality Performence has many complaints against them online for other products. I never ordered from them how they got involved I do not know.
