I purchased my used 2017 Kia Optima Hybrid EX with 3,200 miles it for $25k. (They had marked it up to $29K and I had to fight them to remove phony fees.). Two years later: Oct. 2020: they send me an email that they'll buy back the Optima Hybrid, pay off my loan, and give me a better deal on a new car. This was a lie. The reason the targeted me with two emails and a physical letter: was because my Optima Hybrid is in demand and they could turn it over on their used lot instantly, for quick cash. They had no other Optima Hybids on the lot and there was a HUGE demand. I went in on 11/24/20 with $20k owning on the car, and 60K miles. I drove out in a 2020 Niro with no EX anything; and $44K in debt.
This shop sustains a culture of fruad, greed, deception and ruthless expert sales people who are all in on the take. It's a snake pit. An alligator pond.
Fortunately I returned withn the 3 days and reversed the swap: I have my beloved Optima Hybrid EX back: it's an incredible car.
Car Pros Kia Glendale should be disbanded and the exectutive team should be imprisoned. They are a bad, greedy people.

"resell my trade-in at a profit"
Of course, it's their intent to sell merchandise for a profit. Did you just get off the boat?
"This shop sustains a culture of fruad…"
Specifically, what did they do that was fraudulent?
