I ordered a DUVET COVER based on the review comments. I received the product and got the shock of my life. I received such a pathetic and poor/cheap quality product in SGD 150. When I googled, the same product is available for $16 on other websites. The product received is synthetic, spots on it, color is faded and finishing is pathetic to an extent that the cover is not cut straight, not even interlocked.

They are not even replying to emails now and not giving me a full refund. The product is not even 1% near to the pic shown. Ask me for PICS and that would speak on its own. They would not even allow giving review comments and upload pics on their website allowing them to cheat others.

Hi Team 

Thanks, I have received my refund amount. Let me know if I can drop your product at your collection center in Singapore or any place within Singapore. I DO NOT HAVE any intent ever to keep your product in any case and it is of NO USE to me.

Also, I do not understand and it is very unfair that you have removed my comments and feedback from other social media platforms like Facebook & your website. At least the customer has the right to give his/her feedback, isn't it? And if your product is worth it (according to you, only) then you should not be bothered by such comments. Also, in that case why you have a provision in your website to ask customers to provide their 'Review Comments' when you don't want to accept their reviews? 

Also as Cartissmo is US-based, why I have had received - product from China?

 Greetings Priya, We apologise for the inconvenience caused and our mistake regarding this matter. We have discussed via email regarding how to resolve your problem and we both agreed that we would refund you 70% of the amount (73.48$) and the remainder (31.49$) after we have received the product in the same condition that we have shipped out to you. You did confirm that you agree to the condition stated above and have told us that you would ship out the product back to us within 14 days starting from 4th of December 2020.

We have received an email on 16 December 2020 saying you no longer want to ship the product back to us and we would need to refund you the remaining (31.49$). Due to high customer request and Covid-19 situation we could only reply you 24 hours later with a full refund as you requested and you would still get to keep the product.
