I purchased a vehicle from Carvana. I got everything approved (i have proof). Scheduled for delivery between 8:00 a.m. and 11:a.m. on April 2nd. I paid a shipping fee of $1,950.00. I only paid this because I was already approved and ready to go.  

 

On delivery day, the delivery driver (Brandon 412-533-5988) asked me to text him a selfie with my driver's license and my insurance information for the new car.  I completed all tasks as requested.

 

After information was sent to the driver, I received a canceled transaction notice from Carvana (final decision) and if I wanted to dispute it, I would have to do so through email.  I did this immediately. I also called Carvana and no one would speak to me about this transaction.  The canceled transaction email stated something about fraud and/or unverifiable information sent.  

I purchased a vehicle from them back in 2020 and everything went very smoothly.  Now I can't get back my $1,950.00 and no new car. By the way, they sent me the canceled transaction email very shortly after I sent my info to the driver and after the delivery time.  Email was sent at 11:06 a.m. and my delivery of vehicle should have been by 11:000 a.m. that day. I have a call in to my attorney to hopefully resolve this situation.  I'll keep up to date on this issue.

Limited vocabulary I see. As I stated in my complaint, I have purchased from here before with no problems.  Nothing is final until they bring the car to you and test drive/inspect it.  Same in this situation.  The driver was supposed to bring the car so I could test drive it. Then I would need to sign documents upon final sale so they could release the car to me. You sound like an idiot who is just mad at the world and wants to find a reason to put everyone down.  What a miserable life you must lead.  I'm so sorry for you (NOT)!!!

 Here you are, sending off your money to buy some stupid used car you've NEVER seen; NEVER test driven; NEVER heard the engine run; NEVER felt the transmission shift; NEVER checked for proper operation of each and every accessory or function; NEVER checked for body damage; NEVER checked for body fit and finish; NEVER checked for interior damage! Oh yes, the way to buy some stupid USED CAR is to just rely on pictures on a screen, words on paper and a voice of who knows who on the phone! Am I ever, ever impressed! Yes sir, Somebody sure was watching over you to prevent you from doing something STUPID...buying any used car, sight unseen on the internet! The dumbing down of America. So little financial COMMON SENSE you don't even see the need to PHYSICALLY CHECK OUT AND HAVE A MECHANIC YOU PAY to inspect before buying a used car! Very, very impressive!
