I contacted Catherine Taylor @CATTYTAY of DIGI GXL/INSTITUTE OF DIGITAL FASHION on January 11, 2019 through a freelancer app for custom 3D graphic designs for my clothing business, and it has been more than one year that I never received any communications back from her or her team. She only cares about high-end designers and posting selfies. I paid her $1,500 for her services, and she is not responding to my e-mails, social media messages, or phone calls for a refund at all.

She is still operating on social media as if she does not owe me anything. I am writing this report to document my journey as I get my money back, with hopes that she will finally see this report online and finally respond to me. She started caring about donating her services when the global protests started, and she never even responded to me about what I paid for first.

This report is consumer fraud awareness for any innocent consumer of her group of graphic designers - INSTITUTE OF DIGITAL FASHION in the future. BUYER BEWARE! ONLINE RIPOFF!
