$462 turned over to collection agency. Credit score drops 89 points. When I spoke with Charter customer service, all three of my previous Charter (Spectrum) account show zero balance.
I've now spent multiple hours trying to sort this out. Someone from Charter Communication fraud is to vall me; however, that has not yet happened.

Did you return all the equipment? Did you have a ZERO BALANCE when you cancelled? Was it a non-pay disconnect?
