Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Worse product! Their "NAMED" item is a well-known defects with the Cricut Air2 yet they refuse to fix it or replace it saying without proof of purchase they cannot do anything!

It's YOUR product, you are the only maker of this machine and name, it's a well-known defect, the SAME issue across the board with the same machine with thousands of customers affected and yet they say if you cannot produce proof of purchase the claim is voided. Whether the machine was gifted, passed down, or purchased, it's YOUR ERROR, your machine defect!

Don't waste your hard earned money on the Cricut Air2, complete waste of money. After awhile the machine is not usable and the company does NOT have a resolution to fix it besides saying if you cannot produce proof of purchase they can't help you so into the dumpster the machine goes!!!!!!!!!!!

What happens if your mother died and passed down the machine to you, how are you supposed to get proof of purchase, go to her grave and ask her for it!?

Makes no sense if the defect is the fault of the company whether you have proof of purchase or not. Such a scam. After 2 months of EMAILS back and forth NO resolution, just a sorry can't help you!

To the idiot that wants to leave his comment about my situation pertaining to my mother, your dumb assumptions are invalid. Say what your will about the grey market and egotistical knowledge but don't speak on my situation you inhumane POS. Not valid. They asked for POP and I gave them the reason. This is why the product is in the dumpster so we've all moved on. Just giving my 2 cents so no one needs to waste time on this product is only built to last a year. Thank you, next.

Again it's their machine they know it's a defect, wherever the machine came from, it was paid somehow because how else would you get the machine? When PlayStation had power issues Sony fixed it no questions asked because it was a known issue with their product. But I mean Sony shouldn't be compare to a company like this. And nobody is playing the sympathy card here, it's true facts of what happened so your comments are voided, and I'm just sharing my experience so go pass your judgements on someone else who cares. The cricut is already in the dumpster.

A Proof of Purchase is pretty much standard to verify Warranty Coverage for anything.

Whether the machine was gifted, passed down, or purchased, it's YOUR ERROR, your machine defect!

- Yes but without Proof of Purchase you can not prove when it was bought, nor can you prove it was bought from a Authorized Reseller. You also have no proof it wasn't bought as a "Refirbished" item which is a different(generally shorter) warranty.

For example even if you bought it yesterday, if you bought it from say EBay it could be a "Grey Market" item meaning it was bought outside of their Authorized channels. As such they will not cover it...just like any other company.  Oh and all of this is IN the written warranty.

What happens if your mother died and passed down the machine to you, how are you supposed to get proof of purchase, go to her grave and ask her for it!?

- Of course that is a sad situation, but I have a feeling with your "what if" type of question this isn't your case.  So it is basically just something you are trying to play on some sympathy.
