David Killian is a developer and builder in Philadelphia to avoid. He built our home in an irresponsible and unprofessional manner.
Many incompetent and fraudulent construction issues developed that have cost us more than $50,000.00 in repairs since buying the property from him and partner Lou Sebastiani from Swell, NJ. Both of these men misrepresented and knowingly allowed the property be built with sub-par construction practices.
