This company's business model is garbage. Firstly, they do not tell you the proper amount to pay to avoid interest on their special financing purchases. Secondly, when you cancel your account because they do not tell you the proper amount to pay to avoid interest on their special financing purchases but you keep making payments, they stop sending you letters every month.
The back story, I bought two computers a few months apart using this service. Their letters said "pay xx amount by this month to avoid interest." I did such and still woke up with interest charges. I called up irate, realizing these usurers scammed me and then I cancelled my account but continued to make payments on the website. I had the principle down to just over $2000.00 left and then they charged interest around $1000.00. Now, on the letters they used to send before cancelling my account there used to be a notice when a promotional payment period was ending but on the website there is no such notice.
Presently I am in talks with a hungry lawyer and about 30 other people with similar, and even worse issues from this company. Did you know they were already sued for fraud and lost? Yes, they lost to the tune of 4 million dollars in New York in 2009! If I had known this I never would have used this service, live and learn. I want people to learn from my mistake, so I'm currently speaking to people all over my State, warning against using this company.
That they have an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau is laughable. Something is wrong when a company has to pay over 4 million for a fraud lawsuit and has an A+ rating.
They have two choices, waive the interest that was charged to my account fradulently and with no notice, or get sued again.
Avoid this company like the plague but if you've been had by them in the past, and live in Georgia please reach out.

Are you affiliated in any way with Dell Financial Services? Nevermind, I do not expext you to be truthful if you are. But if you are you might know I've never missed a payment there or anywhere else. If you're not an employee of DFS or a victim then your opinion is hilariously immaterial.
It's not an issue of "Can't or won't" it's an issue of right and wrong. My exact comments on DFS shady practices have gone up several places online and in person all over my State and have been met well. Convinced several people to not even open up an account or buy a Dell computer at all. I recommend MetaPCs.
Furthermore, half of my friends from my private school are lawyers and one of them offered to help me chart the best course of action with all of this data I've been collecting. Do not be bitter because you are not a person of action.
Finally, if you have read this far look up the 2009 Fraud case. They are proven liars/fraudsters who already had to pay big for their malfeasance. Putting an incorrect number to pay to avoid interest charges AND stopping monthly letters once you've cancelled your account do qualify as "Deceptive Business Practices." I know this for a fact because one CC company already waived interest (and apologized) to me under certified threat of lawsuit, they did almost the same thing.

It's always hilarious when people who can't or won't pay their bills claim to suddenly have either more money than what the deal was originally to pay a lawyer! It's really the best joke of the day!
