RIPOFF - she did a major job for us. DiSalvo Interiors charges anywhere from 300% to 1000%, on anything she purchases on your behalf.
Her contracts are full of misleading statements. For example, she receives 40% of MSRP for furniture. She will tell you that she will pass on a 25% savings to you and she will keep the remaining 15%. The problem: THERE IS NO CLEAR DEFINITION OF WHAT MSRP actually means. She takes FULL ADVANTAGE of this.
You might say, why do they have high ratings on their reviews? The ANSWER: Many Sites allow a Programmer to send bad reviews, elsewhere, aka blocking bad reviews. I speak from experience. Don’t let this happen to you. And, I promise you that her DESIGN SKILLS are the WORST I have ever seen. E.g., Hot pink and black for a bedroom? 4 different patterns of floor, walls, shower walls and cabinetry? Absolutely zero concept of “flow”. She can not coordinate well. Each element of a design is created one item at a time instead of a cohesive feel. The quality of her furniture is way below par.
She will blame you and your contractors for all of her mistakes. In the end, you will be replacing the work she has done AND you will be astounded when you get the final bill.
