East Coast Star Van Liners booked my move in advance, was left on the curb with my belongings Scarborough Ontario
Contacted a lady named Randi, from the company got back to me with some quotes settled on one and made my deposit on August 13, this was for my move on September 24, 2021. Immediately after the transfer, I was called from Randi to change from 24 th to 25th of September 2021.
I tried to reach out to Randi (east coast star van liners) 2 wks before the schedule move, no answer.
Was getting nervous so send an email saying, " I was not happy and getting nervous about no one contacting me." immediately I recieved an email stated my pick up was the 27th of September so thats when I started to get nerveous. It was schedule for september 25th, I may that really clear, I was scheduled to leave the province the 26 of september 2021.
Recieved an email on the 25th of september, "Stated my pick up was schedule for Monday 27 (september, 2021) between 3-5pm). I didnt want to panic , so I confirmed the 27 delayed myself for a day.
So Monday comes, all ready , sitting on the curb of my building with all my belongings ready for pick up, No one showed.
Not heard a single thing since.
