EBP GROUP LLC Carlton Holloway Private Lender Scam Hagerstown Maryland
This group puports to offer real estate loans but will not, as is customary in the real estate finance world, permit usimg an independent, third party escrow agent or title company. He insists on funding directly with the borrower's bank account... He claims strong interest in the loan and his "integrity" in fulfilling the loan. He would not even send loan documents for review until the borrowers banking information was provided on the "loan approval" form. Beware!

As dated and a reply to this report, I never scammed anyone. We had a loan process to a client what so ever and was not trusting paying fee to my company account, was not also ready to work with my TITLE OR ESCROW AGENT, He advised all has to be from his end. My funds are not secured that way so I have to decline. Is any of this A scam or Is it wrong to decline a client's application for a loan? With all due respect take this report down or ask client to provide documentation of fee paid and he was never funded, please ensure someone is scammed before you allow them post about someone else's company, it took years to built that. Thanks for helping but please do it right.
