Edwin Novel Yes they are crooks I agree with you I believe they are using a fake gem lab called American gemological authority. I went onto that website and it is always down. Claiming for maintenance purposes. There is no physical address or telephone number or anything on Google about this company that Edwin Novel Jewelry Design gem Lab. My card I believe is fake and never got a third party gem lab at all!!
I wish to return My purchases and want a full refund and they need to be prosecuted if the fundings are to be true! Try to find any information of the company American Gemological Authority. I spoke with AGA which is the American Gemological Association and they too found it very suspicious. ... i am getting my ring appraised tomorrow and will report back here to let you all know what the findings are!..
I chose them because they had a good BBB rating!!!! Maybe things have changed hands and now has become corrupted! Always deal with a jewelers who will give you a GIA certificate or AGS. They have the highest standards of appraisals.
