I used this company and their solar system is not what they promised. It was installed in 2017. We were told our bills would be almost nothing. My electric bills are still between 100 to 250 per month so I am barely saving money after spending 30+ thousand dollars.  I need to speak with them now regarding another issue, replacing my roof, and have three different messages on 3 different phone numbers and no one will return my calls. I have left 3 messages over 3 days.  Completely unresponsive! Very unprofessional.

Update 9/9/21- Spoke with Chelsea she gave me a 4th phone as they are now under new administration. She will pull my contract and send it by Monday. They will review our usage.

9/13/21- No word from Chelsea. She said she would call me by 9:00 am , It is 10:30 am and I left a message.  I  need to have my roof replaced and was promised  a one time charge of 500.00 by the original sales rep to remove and replace the panels. I am unable to proceed with this until I hear back from her.

9/13/21- 11:00 am. Chelsea called me back but has no information. They are trying to pull my contract which is in another system and won't be able to contact me till tomorrow.

9/14/21- 10:50 am - still no word - left another voicemail.

9/14/21- 5 pm - No call back , will try calling again in the morning!!

9/15/21- 9 am- no answer- left another voicemail.

9/15/21- 10 am - left another voicemail and told Chelsea I need either her or Steve to call me back by noon or I will start taking other actions.

9/15/21- 10:02 - received a text "in a meeting will call back"

9/15/21- 10:15- received a call back from Chelsea. Stated she has been in meetings all week and has been unable to call me. Wanted to know what I needed! She stated she sent me an email ( I did not receive anything and even checked my spam folder. ) She stated she will resend the email.

 She also stated per Steve they won't provide me a copy of my contract.  She also stated that our sales, rep, Patrick basically lied to us about the 500.00 panel removal for the roof replacement. She and Steve will come up with a price to have the panels removed and put back on the roof and will call me later on a conference call today.  As for the production Chelsea stated that our 100-250.00 electric bills do seem high and she will check back on stats from the inverter back to 2017 and run a report.  She said the original sales rep, Patrick's math may have been "off" with how many panels we needed. (note***(my opinion)-So it seems Patrick did whatever he needed to do to get the sale but my issue is how did this pass engineering?)

9/15/21- 5 Pm - No word from anyone!! Never received the email that Chelsea said she would resend.  I am leaving town till 9/20/21

9/20/21- 2 pm - No answer .Left another voicemail.

9/20/21- 4 PM - called again but did not leave another voicemail.

9/21/21- 11:30 am- still not a word from this company!! I have now filed a complaint with the BBB and FDAC!

9/22/22- received an email from Steve(owner) basically stating he owes me nothing.  Again, I asked about how I was to proceed with the roof replacement and no response.

9/23/21 - sent Steve another email as my roofing job is still on hold.. again no response!

9/24/21- Still no response.... I will have to use another company to remove my solar panels at this time.  It is obvious this company does not stand by its product and I need to take further action.
