Paul OBrian sent a harassing email to a homeless woman recovering from surgery at 1:30am. Not only is this after business hours it Is annoying.
He demands that she respond immediately confirming receipt. OBrian lied in a letter to to court; such plied no evidence to support His claims and is wasting the courts time and mine.
