Findley is not a rip-off but the service is not like they advertise. Findley Roof is a general contractor and they hire subs to do the work. I had a new roof installed and gutter shields. A few months after they finish, I found rails or nail strips in the drive and in the bushes around the house.
Both ends of the gutter were clogged meaning the subs did not clean out the ends before installing the gutter shields. Findley came out after my call and clean out the other end but at a charge of $79.00. They do not show their phone number of the web site just a box for asking for a quote. Just be careful before sign the contract
